Sports tape is a breathable, non-latex material that is placed on the skin, and can be comfortably worn for days at a time.
It helps by supporting and aiding muscles and joints, without restricting range of movement.
By lightly pulling and lifting the skin, the tape is designed to aid the body's lymphatic drainage, thereby reducing swelling and promoting blood flow.
Simply pay on the day, after your treatment with cash or via bank transfer.
Please be aware that any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Make sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
If you require treatment to your legs, shorts are recomended.
This will depend upon the nature of your injury. Following your initial assessment, we can discuss a treatment plan.
Typically, for an acute injury, the number of sessions required is between 4 and 6; although I aim to return you to full fitness in the fewest number of treatments possible.
Most clients choose to maintain their fitness and prevent further injuries by booking regular treatments.
